Lana joined NWM in 2010 with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry working for planners, insurance companies and managing general agents.
Lana has completed several insurance courses, including Principles of Insurance, Insurance Company Operations, Foundations of Customer Service, and Agency Administration. Always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges, Lana is committed to upgrading her LOMA courses. She is currently working toward completing the Insurance Administration, Investment Principles, and Institutional Investing courses, as well as the Associate, Customer Service (ACS) and Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI) designations, also through LOMA.
Outside the office Lana enjoys reading, travelling, kickboxing, running and spending time with family and friends.
