Paul joined Nicola Wealth in April 2008 after relocating to Vancouver from Ireland. Paul has worked in the personal finance industry since graduating from the University of Limerick in 1998. Starting his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Paul went on to become a Qualified Financial Advisor in Ireland and worked in the industry there for eight years.
A goal driven person, Paul takes great pride in helping his clients achieve their own financial goals. Building close rapport, maintaining very high levels of service and attention to detail are very important to Paul in his work with clients.
Paul is a Certified Financial Planner and is also licensed for life insurance both in BC and Alberta.
Outside the office, Paul enjoys adventure racing and travelling. He cycled across Australia in 2003 and rowed across the Atlantic Ocean with his partner in 2006. They co-wrote a book about their Atlantic adventure, "Little Lady, One Man, Big Ocean", which was published in Ireland in 2006.
