Driving Directions

The building is located on the Southwest corner of Broadway and Granville. We are located on the 5th floor of this building (Chapters is on the ground floor).

  • If accessing from Broadway – enter the lobby and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
  • If accessing from the underground parkade, take the 2nd set of elevators – the ones marked for the office tower – which will take you directly up to our floor.

Complimentary Parking

Since parking can be a challenge, we offer complimentary visitor stalls to our guests. Underground parking is available in the building, and can be accessed from 10th avenue. We have 5 reserved parking stalls, on the first level of the parkade, marked “Nicola Wealth Management”.

Parking Directions

  • Once in the underground parkade, obtain a ticket from the parking attendant, turn to the left, and park in any of the available “Nicola Wealth Management” spots. These spots will come up on your right hand side – directly opposite the doors to the elevators. The numbers of the reserved spots are #38 through to #42.
  • Bring your ticket with you and the receptionist will stamp it for you.
  • You can then hand this ticket back to the parking attendant when you leave.
  • If the parking lot says ”lot full” please proceed to the attendant, as we have reserved spots that should be available regardless of the ”lot full” sign.
  • If for any reason, these parking stalls are full, please feel free to park in any free spot in the parkade not marked “reserved” please bring your ticket with you and the receptionist will stamp it for you to ensure complimentary parking.
